In-house self-storage units are not directly accessible from the outside of the building. Users must first enter the building through a large roller door and then access their individual storage unit through their own large or smaller one.
In the case of an in-house self-storage facility, we install the necessary wall and hallway systems, and the intended structure and subdivision in the building, and then continue to compartmentalize everything in different secure storage units, using roller doors and smaller ones.
Combination with direct access units
In many cases, we combine in-house access self-storage with direct access units. The latter storage units are directly accessible from the outside, so that they remain easily accessible outside regular opening hours. This combination increases the attractiveness of your self-storage to potential customers.
